To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, please note that our villas do not have a reception desk, so check-in arrangements must be made in advance.
For the best possible service, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival to inform us of your expected arrival time and how you plan to reach the villas. This will allow us to arrange for a member of our team to welcome you upon arrival and assist you with the check-in process.
We also offer porter assistance to help you carry your luggage, particularly in the Caldera area, where access involve steps.
Our goal is to make your arrival as easy and comfortable as possible, ensuring a smooth start to your stay with us.
Private transfers can also be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
